An intense, elegant chocolate

DALOA70 has a beautifully complex aroma that will appeal to anyone who loves intense flavours of chocolate. It starts with sweet notes of dried fruit, then develops into a rich, warm, spicy flavour of roasted chestnuts, and finishes with a pronounced bitterness.
Perfect pairings
The intense, aromatic flavours of DALOA70 can be enjoyed as is, in a ganache, or hot drink. It also goes exceptionally well with dried fruit (prunes, dates, figs) and spices (coffee, gingerbread) which enhance its aromatic notes, or with rounder, less sweet notes (vanilla, pine honey).
PUCALLPA65
A fruity, acidic chocolate
Characteristics
PUCALLPA65 makes a bold first impression with top notes built around acidity.
These quickly give way to a medley of fresh fruit flavours, followed by a harmonious blend of roasted nut aromas (almonds and hazelnuts). This chocolate is a pleasure to eat thanks to its beautifully balanced symphony of diverse cocoa notes.

PUCALLPA65 pairs well with anything fresh: red fruit which accentuates its acidic notes, citrus fruit or light floral notes (orange blossom, jasmine), as well as peppery aromatics that counterbalance its acidity.
